The registration fee cannot be transferred to another meeting. Sosyoekonomi Society reserves the right to cancel the meeting in the case of natural disaster, strike, government regulation or any other unpredictable event making it impossible to hold the meeting. If a meeting has been cancelled, Sosyoekonomi Society will only be responsible for returning the participants’ registration fees.

Participants should pay 50 € for each additional paper. Not only presenting authors but also co-authors and attendees should pay the registration fee in order to admit the meeting. At least one author must register for each accepted paper in order to be included in the meeting programme. It is not possible to pay the registration fee after the meeting schedule. All sessions and other events are open only to registered participants.

The registration fee covers the following items:

  • Printed copy of the Meeting Program,
  • Certificate of Oral Presentation or Certificate of Attendance
  • Proceedings Book,
  • Coffee Breaks,
  • Lunches.

Registration fee does not cover accommodation and transportation.

Cancellation Policy:

No refund will be given for cancellations received after August 31, 2018
